We'll collect your dental report and radiographs info digitally. In the clinic, our attendee will perform thermal screening with a contactless thermometer and provide you with sanitizer and a few safety gears. Post-check-up/treatment we will provide you with a detailed digital dental report and offer digital payment options. This helps ensure a contactless check-in, with nothing changing hands. It also saves you time, for a shorter, safer visit.

We put safety first when you arrive

From an on-site temperature check to staggered visit times, we prioritize your health at every step.

  • Temperature check: We'll take your temperature with a contactless thermometer. If you are febrile we will ask you to reschedule.
  • Staggered visit times: For safety, we ensure minimal overlap in the clinic, so the studio will feel calm and quiet. There is minimum gap of 10 minutes between two patients to replace disposables and do necessary disinfection procedures before every patient.
  • Zero waiting: You'll be seen right away, so you won’t need to wait in waiting areas. Your treatment will be done in a sanitized operatory space, with sterilized equipment, by a team of specialized dentist following highest safety and standardization protocols.

Digital Check-up

We’re offering free digital check-up with our advisor dentist, they will talk to you about your concern and provide a recommendation on the best way to proceed by either fixing in clinic/video consultation appointment with our specialist dentist or by suggesting you at-home/do it yourself treatment.

We'll get in touch to ask if you've been sick, or around anyone sick with your travel history. If you have, we'll ask you to reschedule—and make doing so super easy. This helps keep everyone healthy.

  • Sterilized equipment: All of our clinical equipment is either single-use or thoroughly sterilized.
  • Enhanced PPE: Our clinical team wears coverall suit, hood drapes, goggles hand gloves, masks, shoe leggings and face shields.
  • Anti-viral rinse: We’ll ask you to rinse with hydrogen peroxide to reduce microbial load. Same-day dentistry to reduce visits to clinic and germ exposure while in transit, we offer treatment right away.
  • Digital health check follow-up: Two weeks after you come in, we'll reach out to see if you’ve shown any symptoms of illness.
  • Protecting our team: We provide our team with daily health checks, thermal screening, masks for commutes, PPE kits, and more.
